RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER?
We hold all orders for 24 hours before putting them into production. Because every item is made by hand, to order we do not allow order changes or cancellations after 24 hours.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Frizza Designs Jewelry does not accept returns and only offers exchanges or store credit for non-customized items. Contact us right away with any concerns, because we want you to be absolutely satisfied with your piece! Non-custom, unworn, undamaged pieces must be exchanged within 14 days of receipt (based on USPS timestamp date received).
HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
All exchanges require pre-authorization. You will be charged a $10 dollar restocking fee and you’re responsible for any shipping fees. Please email FrizzaDesigns@gmail.com with your order information and you will be supplied with a Exchange Authorization Form. Returns may take up to 10 business days to process from date of receipt at the studio.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER FOR STORE CREDIT?
If you are not satisfied with an item and don’t know what to get next we are more than happy to keep credit on file! Follow “How do I exchange my order” instructions and ask for store credit. Email us at FrizzaDesigns@gmail.com to redeem your credit when you are ready to order.
WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG THING?
Oh no! We are really sorry if we made a mistake on your order. We are happy to fix or remake your items. Please reach out to us at FrizzaDesigns@gmail.com and we will take care of you!
CAN I EXCHANGE MY CHAIN FOR A DIFFERENT LENGTH?
Yes, If you are unhappy with the length of a chain, email us and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We do accept length exchanges, however you will be responsible for any shipping costs and may be subject to a $10 re-working fee as well additional chain length fee.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY RING FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?
We can exchange your ring for a different size for a $10 dollar restocking fee and are responsible for any shipping costs. We advise keeping any of the stacking rings to gift and reorder the right size, as the fees to exchange sometimes equal the cost of the ring.
ABOUT THE JEWELRY
WHAT IS GOLD FILL?
Gold fill is a great alternative to solid gold jewelry. It is a pressure bonded layer of gold that has 100 more gold than plated and does not tarnish as easily. These characteristics make it a beautiful, durable, and economical alternative to sold gold, that will last years if cared for properly.
DOES YOUR JEWELRY CONTAIN NICKEL?
No. We do not have any nickel in any of our products at Frizza Designs Jewelry.
WHAT SILVER DO YOU USE?
All of our silver is made out of .925 genuine sterling silver.
WHY DOES MY PEARL CRESCENT OR CRYSTAL NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE?
Pearls, gems, crystals & stones are natural entities; therefore no two pieces are exactly the same.
WHY IS MY JEWELRY TARNISHING?
All precious metals will tarnish with wear. The best way to avoid tarnishing is to not wear your jewelry in the shower or while working out, and keep it away from chemicals. It is the customer’s responsibility to clean their own jewelry. It is easy to remove light stains, tarnishing and fingerprints with a little bit of care. Please see “How do I care for my jewelry” in the next paragraph.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?
Store your jewelry in a dry, air-tight area such as the plastic sleeve your jewelry arrived in. Clean with mildly sudsy water, rinse well and pat dry with a non-scratching cloth. Polish gently with a jewelry polishing cloth. Take extra care around perspiration, saltwater, chlorine, perfume and lotions, as they can tarnish jewelry faster.
WHAT IF I HAD SKIN DISCOLORATION OR REACTION FROM MY JEWELRY?
Everyone has different sensitivities to metals depending on their body’s chemistry. Literally, everyone is different. We don’t see discoloration that often, but it can occasionally happen. This stain is usually a result of a metal in the jewelry reacting with your skin — or something on your skin, such as hand lotion. In some case it can even be from being anemic or going through a detox (weird, I know!)
CAN YOU ADJUST THE PRICE OF MY ORDER I PURCHASED BEFORE A SALE?
No, we cannot offer the coupon if you did not order during our sale. We receive such a large amount of emails asking to honor the sale discount. While we would love to, it just isn’t possible with our work load.
CAN YOU GUARANTEE I WILL GET MY ORDER BEFORE A HOLIDAY?
If you ordered before our holiday sales cutoff, we do our utmost very best to push all holiday sales that meet our deadline. However, once your package is dispatched, we are no longer responsible for packages in transit.

WARRANTY, REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS
DOES FRIZZA DESIGNS JEWELRY COME WITH A WARRANTY?
Yes! All pieces have a 30 day warranty for any chain or clasp defects. Email us right away if you’re having issues with a broken chain or faulty clasp so we can resolve the issue. If your necklace breaks after the 30 day time frame, contact us and we will work with you on a replacement chain!
DO YOU REPAIR PIECES?
Yes, depending on what’s happened to your piece, we may be able to offer a repair to our jewelry. Please do not try and have jewelry repaired that is not Frizza Designs’.
